フィリピンでの成人が合法的に性行為を行えるのは１２才以上です。これを１６才以上に引き上げようという法案が承認されそうです。

フィリピンはカトリック教徒が８割以上を占めるため、堕胎も避妊も駄目です。自慰行為も禁止されています。

だからフィリピン人は若くして妊娠するケースが多いのです。今回の法案は、少女の身を守る上で、一歩、前進の感があります。

 

Adults in the Philippines can legally engage in sexual activity at the age of 12 or older. The bill to raise this to 16 years of age or older is likely to be approved.

As Catholics account for more than eight percent of the Philippines, both abortion and contraception are wasted. The act of comfort is also prohibited.

So the Philippines are often young and pregnant. This bill is a step forward in protecting girls.
